supertramp hostel in cusco exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. their hospitality was unmatched and they even helped me find alternative accommodation when there was a problem with my bed. can't say enough good about them!

The internet connection was better than what I experienced in other areas, which was a pleasant surprise. The showers were powerful and always hot, and the rooms were well laid out and secure. The 24-hour reception was extremely useful, especially for those early morning hikes. The hostel even stored my belongings for free while I went on a trek. The food offered was simple but of good quality, perfect for a post-hike meal. I would definitely choose to stay at Supertramp Hostel again if I ever visit.

As a solo female traveler, I was initially worried about staying in mixed dorm hostels, especially since I don't speak much Spanish. the staff at Supertramp were incredibly helpful and patient with me. the hostel provided a great start to my trip and boosted my confidence. the food and drinks were delicious, and the view from the hostel was absolutely breathtaking.
